The ice cube packaging machine is a kind of equipment specially

The main working process of the ice cube packaging machine is as
follows:
Feeding: Ice cubes are put into the feeding port of the packaging
machine through the conveying system or manually.
Weighing: The packaging machine uses a weighing system to
accurately measure the weight of the ice cubes. This ensures a
consistent weight of ice in each bag.
Packaging bag making: The packaging machine will automatically make
packaging bags according to the preset parameters. It may cut the
right size bags from rolls of plastic film.
Filling: Ice cubes are conveyed into already-made bags. Typically,
the packer uses a special device to precisely inject the ice into
the bag.
Sealing: Once the ice cubes in the packaging bag are filled, the
packaging machine will automatically seal the mouth of the bag to
ensure the airtightness and freshness of the product.
Detection and Rejection: Packaging machines may be equipped with
sensor systems to detect any abnormal pouches such as missing
closures, abnormal weight, or foreign objects. These bags are
automatically rejected or processed to ensure product quality.
Conveying and discharging: The completed packaging bags are moved
to the next workstation or discharge area through conveyor belts or
other mechanical devices, ready for further processing or
transportation.
Ice packing machines are usually highly automated, can operate at
high speeds, and have the ability to adapt to the needs of
different specifications and sizes of packaging bags. They may also
be equipped with control systems to monitor and adjust parameters
in the packaging process to ensure consistent packaging quality.
